| When I first saw this sterling silver necklace by artist Kerrie Lee, I knew immediately that we MUST add greyhound ear tattoo numbers and offer them to our customers! In the picture above, you see my 5 hounds' ear tattoo numbers stamped on sterling silver. It is shown with the black cord, which is NOT available, but you can select a ball and chain necklace (pictured below) to add to your order.
The best part - you can add as many pendants as you have dogs! (woohoo!) So if you have 2 dogs, you will have 2 pendants, if you have 10 dogs (Judy!) you can have 10 pendants. You can build on your original necklace as you adopt more hounds. ;)
The design of the pendants allows them to hang pretty without looking or feeling bulky. See the additional picture below.
When non-greyhound people see this necklace, they immediately ask what the numbers mean, which gives me an excuse to talk about greyhound adoption (like I NEED an excuse! :)) and hopefully will convert more people to the wonderful cult (er...not cult...world!) of greyhounds.
But hey, non-greyhound people don't have to feel left out! Use a gotcha day or birthday on the pendant instead of ear tattoos!
