Need a double connection leash to use with your Freedom Harness?  We’ve got two options to choose from in fun patterns made using Recycled Polyester Webbing (can you believe this leash used to be plastic bottles?!).

Available in 6 fun patterns (for now!).

Both the Training Leash and Euro Leash were designed to be used on the Freedom No-Pull Harness. and both allow you to connect to the front and back of the harness, along with a few other features.

Standard Training Leash (Double Connection Leash):

The standard training leash is a shorter leash that allows you to keep your dog close to you while training.  This leash has a permanently attached “floating” handle, allowing it to be used in multiple configurations.  When connected to two points the training leash is 3′ long including the floating handle, and 5′ long when attached to a single point.  As the name suggests, this shorter double connection leash is especially useful for training (we prefer this one!).

EURO Double Connection Dog Leash:

The Euro leash has a detachable handle and was developed to work in combination with the patented FREEDOM Harness as a front / rear control.  When connected to two points, the Euro leash is 5′ long including the detachable handle and 8′ long when attached to a single point on the harness.

Both double connection leashes are designed to be used in conjunction with the Freedom No-Pull Harness. It provides additional control points, which evenly distributes pressure. Both leashes have multiple configurations, some are included below.

  1. Connect to the front and the back of the harness simultaneously.
  2. Clip one end to the handle and the other to just the front or the back of the harness.
  3. Connect to the harness and a collar at the same time for escape artists!

Enjoy your walks!

You can wash it in the washing machine by placing the training leash in a pillow case and using the gentle cycle OR place it in a sink filled with cold water and detergent.  Let it soak and rinse it well.  Always air dry your training leash.

    Better control

I have two Great Pyrenees, one is 167 lbs, the other around 110 lbs. They need to lose some weight, so walking is necessary, but they got out of practice and were about to dislocate my shoulders. I already had front hook harnesses, so got these leashes to hook to both front and top and in one walk they calmed down significantly. Will continue to work with them on not pulling but this helps have more control of nearly 300 lbs of dogs while on walks. I have always walked them alone, and they enjoy being out and about, so this is very helpful to be able to pull on the front to stop them from a lunge.

    Less Pulling

We have been using the 2 Hounds Design harness and leash for 10 months. It has helped us to control our English Bulldog’s pulling. Our walks with Elton Nigel are much more enjoyable. Our first leash held up very well to his constant chewing. But we decided to get a new more colorful one.
