We were turned onto 2hounds harnesses 7years ago for a training issue. They have not disappointed. Recently at a dog show, my boy was sitting in the back seat and decided is harness looked like a good chew toy. I contacted the office and they explained the replacement process. I provided the picture and description as required and a few days later the new harness arrived Easy, peasy no hassle. We recommend these harnesses as much as possible as they are easy to use and the warranty is great.

Had my harness a week and my girl took it off its hook and chewed through the straps when I wasn’t looking .

I was not happy with her as the harness provides the control I need to walk her and was easy to fit.

I went to the website and used the warranty and was sent a new one within a week.

I have three dogs and am able to walk them together as long as they wear their harness!

Our sons service dog in training recently chewed her harness, I was able to talk to someone at customer service and she was able to get us the right size and get it replaced fast. The warranty is worth every penny and the customer service is fantastic.

My little velociraptor clamped her jaws around her harness as it was being put on the first time, and then snuck in a few more gnaws when she could. I eventually broke down and utilized the chewing warranty, and it couldn’t have been simpler. As they say, don’t buy it until you need it. Then, you just buy the warranty, and they send an email confirming your purchase. Reply to the email and attach a photo of your damaged harness, showing the harness size in the photo, and tell them what color it is. A few days later, a replacement harness will arrive in the mail, and you have your damaged harness to use in the meantime. It couldn’t be easier, or cheaper, because the warranty includes shipping.
