Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty

We know you are eager to get your new duds, here are all of the details!


  • Normally, we carry full stock of every size and color of the Freedom Harness and training leash.  These times aren’t normal (sorry!).  Please expect your Freedom Harness order to ship in 3-5 business days and your collar orders to ship in 10-14 business days (collars and leashes are made custom when you order).  If you have questions or need help, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Yes, you can track the status of your order in your Orders Page under My Account

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which are typically delivered in about five business days, depending on where in the country you are. They ship from Indian Trail, NC.

    Please allow extra delivery time for international orders.

    Please note:  Shipping time does not include production time to make custom items.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your harness order to ship and 5-7 business days for your collar or leash to ship.

  • Oh no!  Your wiggle-monster wouldn’t hold still and you couldn’t get a good measurement or you read the centimeters side instead of the inches side.  We get it!

    Unworn harnesses in new condition (used only to try on for fitting purposes) can be exchanged for just the cost of shipping.  Contact Us for a Return Authorization.

    Collars are a little different.  If you need a smaller size collar, we can usually cut that down for you for just the cost of shipping.  If you need a different width or a larger collar, please Contact Us for instructions and we will let you know what the remake fee is based on what we need to do to help you out.  All of our collars are custom-made for each order so if you need to return one for a refund, there will be 20% restocking fee.

    Our return policy is 30 days from the time your order is delivered to you.  Harness, collar, and leash returns must be in new and unused condition.  Refunds will not be given otherwise.  Contact us for a return authorization.
