I purchased one of these collars and a leash. I referenced their size charts, measured my dog, and ordered based on their recommendations. When the collar arrived, it was very cute and well made but it didn’t fit. I asked for a refund only to find out that they don’t refund collars or leashes. You can’t return a collar or leash but it doesn’t say anything about that on the item description for either. It also doesn’t mention that in the sizing instructions. Those instructions do say to order the largest size for a Martingale collar, which now just seems like a way to trick people into getting the wrong size. They don’t have humans monitoring emails, just AI, which was happy to tell me that for a 45% fee, they would remake the collar. It feels like highway robbery to conceal that exorbitant charge from customers. Buyer beware!
