Both the Training Leash and Euro Leash were designed to be used as a double connection leash on the Freedom No-Pull Harness. and both allow you to connect to the front and back of the harness, along with a few other features.

  • You can wash it in the washing machine by placing the training leash in a pillow case and using the gentle cycle OR place it in a sink filled with cold water and detergent.  Let it soak and rinse it well.  Always air dry your training leash.

Both the Training Leash and Euro Leash were designed to be used on the Freedom No-Pull Harness. and both allow you to connect to the front and back of the harness, along with a few other features.

Standard Training Leash (Double Connection Leash):

The standard training leash is a shorter leash that allows you to keep your dog close to you while training. This leash has a permanently attached “floating” handle, allowing it to be used in multiple configurations. When connected to two points the training leash is 3′ long including the floating handle, and 5′ long when attached to a single point. As the name suggests, this shorter double connection leash is especially useful for training (we prefer this one!).

EURO Double Connection Dog Leash:

The Euro leash has a detachable handle and was developed to work in combination with the patented FREEDOM Harness as a front / rear control. When connected to two points, the Euro leash is 5′ long including the detachable handle and 8′ long when attached to a single point on the harness.

Both double connection leashes are designed to be used in conjunction with the Freedom No-Pull Harness. It provides additional control points, which evenly distributes pressure. Both leashes have multiple configurations, some are included below.

  1. Connect to the front and the back of the harness simultaneously.
  2. Clip one end to the handle and the other to just the front or the back of the harness.
  3. Connect to the harness and a collar at the same time for escape artists!

    I don't like it

    I ordered this for my dog who pulls a lot. She's a small dog. I ordered the one inch thickness because I prefer thicker leashes for the feel on my hand, but the hardware on this is quite heavy. I also paid extra for the velvet comfort grip but don't find it to be comfortable at all. I find the edges of the leash to feel sharp on my hand. It's possible that the velvet makes it worse actually. I also didn't Iike the length of the leash even though I'm very short, and my dog is little. I found it difficult to walk my small dog with this and my larger dog with a longer leash. I prefer to have the leashes be the same length. I also found that my dog kept stepping over the leash, and kept having to fix it and position the leash properly.

    I gave the leash away because I had no use for it and found it to irritate my hand and to be very annoying to use.

    I think a softer material and/or padded handle would help a lot.

    Wrong one

    I ordered the 1 inch but for some reason it went through as the smaller one. Not wide enough.

    Works perfectly!

    My pit bull’s neck was getting raw from her pulling on her collar during walks. I got the no pull harness with the double leash, and it has made all the difference. After one week I was able to start using a single leash on her.

    No pull harness & leash

    After trying several different collars to stop my pitbull mix from pulling, I bought the no pull harness with the double ended leash. Now she knows what I want and she does it! People at the dog park said the harness would work and I am pleasantly surprised that it is awesome! The double ended leash is perfect self correction for her. Thank you!
