I purchased the Rocky Side Release Dog Collar, which arrived assembled inside out.
This collar is very clearly shown on the 2 Hounds Design website as having one half of the collar striped, while the other side is patterned. The collar I received is striped on the entire exterior except where the D-Ring is; there is small section of overlap patterned material and a rough-cut edge (which clearly belongs on the interior of the collar).
However, the interior of the collar looks exactly like what is advertised with striped material on one side and patterned material on the other. The collar was clearly assembled inside out.
I emailed Customer Service and sent photos (attached) showing the error and the agent insisted that the collar I received was correct. She stated that contrary to the advertised photo, the striped pattern should be on the entire exterior of the collar.
Her solution to this issue was to have me return the collar at my expense and have me choose a completely different collar. I have no desire to spend money on what is clearly THEIR error. However, what I would like is for them to acknowledge their mistake and send me what I ordered; a collar that is assembled incorrectly is NOT what I ordered.
I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase collars.
