Rust Tile Swiss Velvet Dog Collar

I bought this collar for my dog with a 14” inch neck; he is exactly between sizes but sized up to be safe thinking I could easily exchange. The medium collar on the smallest size completely slid off his head. Instead of taking accountability for their incorrect sizing on their site they offered an exchange or return. Their exchange policy is not an actual exchange; you spend more money for a “remake” collar with zero refund. For their return policy you spend more money to ship back plus a 20% “restocking fee”. They kept referring to the collar as “custom” however sizes are chosen from a drop down menu. A true custom made collar would’ve alleviated this. It’s really disappointing making the choice with the higher price tag in an attempt to support smaller businesses rather then big box stores then they turn around and try to bleed more money out of you instead of taking accountability that their sizing of obviously incorrect on their website. I’ll never purchase another product from here to avoid the headache and money loss to end up with nothing.
