After several email exchanges my issue was resolved. Daniela really helped me out. I can't rate this as 5 stars because the item I ordered was not the item I received. I orderd the collar w/out the breakaway per the photo on the confirmation of purchase, the photo on the packaging slip, and the photo above in this message.
I highly recommend you stop assuming people know that a breakaway clasp is your default and also that you match the photos of items being ordered and shipped and in this message to match what you shipped me and anyone else in the future. Clearly based on all the information I had I was under the impression I ordered the collar w/out the breakaway.
I really appreciate you sending me a new collar and customizing the fit based on my little one's tiny neck. As I mentioned in a previous email. I have been buying collars from you going on 18 years. First with my boy IG who is gone now and now with my 4yo. I'll keep in mind this experience the next time I order, ignore all photos and if I am unsure I'll call or email you for help prior to ordering.
I'll keep an eye out for the replacement collar.
